We’ll include thawing and storage instructions with each item to ensure you have the best serving experience! Note: we only ship dry ice items Mon-Thu to ensure the best quality during delivery.

Serving & Storage Instructions
Shipped frozen in an insulated container with dry ice. We only ship on Monday thru Thursday so that delivery takes place by the weekend. Remove from packaging while the eclairs are still cold. Allow frozen eclairs to thaw for up to 24-36 hours in the refrigerator before serving. A special non-dairy custard is made by our bakers so you don't have to worry about spoilage. Enjoy each bite after sinful bite. To store eclairs, keep in an airtight container in your freezer for up to 2 months.
