If we need to charge your credit card your payment details are processed by our credit card processor. Gravity Payments
Gravity Payments processes transactions on the Website, or you can select PayPal for your payment method at checkout. We maintain Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) compliance to ensure our environment and communications are secure.
Freshdesk
Freshdesk is used to help us better manage and provide a consistent customer support experience on the Website and by phone. Chat messages, emails, and phones calls are recorded and retained for up to 6 years, or as long as necessary.
PowerReviews
PowerReviews is used to maintain and serve product reviews created and saved by customers. If you post a written review on the Website your message is first reviewed and approved by a moderator before being displayed on the Website. After a product review is approved the related reviewer’s username or alias and message content is visible publicly to other Website users.

Checkout - Payment Details
- The Billing Information fieldset is the first form in this section. The form requires Name, Billing Address. This includes Shipping Address, Zip or Postal Code, City, State/Province, Phone Number, Email Address, and Confirm Email Address. At this point, if the website session is ended without removing the products from your shopping cart, O&H Danish Bakery uses the email address provided to remind you of products that are left in an abandoned shopping cart.
- The Gift Card Redemption Information fieldset is the second form in this section and is optional, and only necessary if you want to pay for your order partially or fully with up to three (3) gift cards. The form is activated by checking the checkbox and then entering a valid Pin Number, Gift Card Number, and clicking Apply Gift Card.
- The Apply Register Payment Receipt fieldset is the third form in this section and is optional, and is only available to our Customer Service Representatives. This form is necessary if you want to pay for an order partially or fully by register payment. To activate the fieldset it requires a Receipt Number, Amount Paid, and clicking Apply Register Receipt.
- The Payment Information fieldset is the last form in this section and requires Payment Method and Payment Details. This can include Credit Card Number, Credit Card Expiration Month, Credit Card Expiration Year, CVV, and Name on Credit Card. Instead of Credit Card, you can choose to pay using one of the available third-party payment options to pay for your order. This includes PayPal.

- Members who are logged in will see the Address Quick Fill fieldset. Using the Address Quick Fill dropdown to Select a Ship-To Name will auto-fill the Delivery Information fieldset with information from a previous order or information you created and saved using the My Addresses form.
- The Delivery Information fieldset is the next form in this section. The form requires Name, Shipping Address. This includes Shipping Address, Zip or Postal Code, City, State/Province. You can also share Company Name or Phone Number.
- The Shipping Details fieldset is the next form in this section and requires a valid Requested Ship Date selected on the calendar, a Shipping Method as required by the products, and checking "I have selected and reviewed dates for the specified shipment". You can optionally select Delivery Instructions.
- Requested Ship Date and Estimated Delivery Date are read-only and change depending on the Ship Date selected on the calendar and Shipping Method.
- The Gift Label fieldset is the next form in this section and is optional, you can enter nearly any message using the Gift From and Gift Message Lines. You can also elect to send the most recent O&H Danish Bakery catalog with the specified shipment.
- The Product Summary fieldset is read-only. it allows you to review the products and total for the specified shipment. Click the Edit button to return the Cart page and edit a Ship-To's product selection.
