Internet Ordering

Ordering O&H delights online is easy!  Note: drooling can be common, so please plan accordingly with your electronic devices.

• Browse items from our delicious categories and add items to your cart for each of your recipients.  Order confirmation and delivery notices with tracking information will be sent to your inbox to make sure you are kept up to date.

Telephone Orders

Call toll-free (1-800-709-4009) for your Charge Card order.  While our friendly staff loves to chat, please have the following information ready:

• A completed order to assist in organizing your request and as a permanent record of the order for your reference.
• Your credit card number and expiration date; we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
• For more than Ten (10) recipients, please submit your order via email at orders@ohdanishbakery.com or fax your order to us at 1-262-631-5395.  You can also send your order by postal mail to:  O&H Danish Bakery 5910 Washington Ave, Racine, WI 53406

Delivery Information

Life may be a journey, but we want to make sure every pastry has a destination.

• Because freshness is paramount to us, we attempt to ship all orders on Monday through Thursday to ensure delivery within the same week.  As we work with UPS, Saturday is an available delivery to your home residence, however deliveries to businesses are not available on Saturday unless otherwise stated.
• Orders received by phone, email, fax or post mail will be processed to ship on the next best available date.  We offer same day shipping until noon (CST) so give us a call at 877-365-3565, our team is anxiously waiting to help!
• We ship UPS whenever possible.  Delivery is made within 2-3 business days of shipment to ensure that freshness is at its best.
• As much as we would like to (especially in Wisconsin!), we cannot control the weather.  We are not responsible for weather related delays.

Holiday Delivery

Make a list and check it twice, but ordering early is really quite nice.

• Orders are processed as received.  Your order will be scheduled to ship on the date you requested only if that date is available when we receive your order.
• If the requested date is not available, your order will be scheduled to ship on the closest available date.
• Due to the high volume of orders we receive, our Holiday Shipping Schedules (November 1 through the second week of January) fill quickly.  We recommend you order early.

Let's face it, shipping food is different.  When it arrives, it has to be fresh.  That's why we guarantee our FreshShip program.  We send it directly from Wisconsin to your desired delivery location and make sure it gets there fast.  By plane, by car, by truck - for us it just has to be as fresh as possible.  That means sometimes we pay more for shipping, but nothing can compare to fresh bakery.  It's our family's guarantee.

Shipping Charges:

To help guarantee freshness and to satisfy our Viking thrill for adventure, we always recommend shipping as fast we can.

• 2-3 Day Shipping $9.99 per ship-to address
• 1-Day Shipping $35.00 per ship-to address

Additional Charges & Restrictions:

 - Fuel Charges

A Fuel Charge will be added to the total price since carriers are charging extra for high jet fuel and on highway costs for delivery.

 - Alaska and Hawaii

Please plan for delivery to take up to 5 days.  Unless of course we can personally deliver and spend a vacation visiting you (we can dream, can’t we?).

• Alaska and Hawaii: $29.99 per ship-to address
• Alaska rural areas: $44.99 per ship-to address
• Local Sales Tax will be added to the total price for the following states:  ALABAMA ,  ARKANSAS ,  GEORGIA ,  HAWAII ,  IDAHO ,  ILLINOIS ,  KANSAS ,  MAINE ,  MISSOURI ,  MISSISSIPPI ,  NORTH CAROLINA ,  OKLAHOMA ,  TENNESSEE ,  UTAH ,  VIRGINIA . 

 - P.O. Boxes

These are shipped via United States Postal Service Express Mail.  That’s a fact.

• $15.00 per ship-to address

 - A.P.O. and F.P.O. Boxes

If you would like to share our Danish delights with members of our armed forces deployed at a valid APO or FPO address, we offer a 25% discount and free shipping (order minimum of two items) for all Danish Kringle shipped.

• To place an order to an APO / FPO address, please call our customer service department at 1-877-369-3565.
• Must be a valid APO or FPO address.
• The delivery date chosen is not guaranteed and can only be requested.
• All shipments to APO / FPO addresses are mailed through the United States Post Office and may take between 7-14 days to arrive.
• Due to the extended time in transit, we suggest shipping our Pecan, Raspberry or Almond Danish Kringle which travels the best.

 - International Shipping

We love long trips, but pastry reservations can be hard to get.  Please limit 2 items per ship-to address and allow for longer delivery times, as we have to clear customs.

• Canada: $29.99 per ship-to address
• All other international addresses: $44.99 per ship-to address
• Please provide the destinations phone number to assist in the shipment clearing customs.

The power of choice: Gift Cards

Gift guessing can be fun, but here’s a way to take the stress away!

• Normally, gift cards are mailed via United States Postal Service without a shipping charge.  Please allow for 7-10 days to arrive.
• Gift card orders that include other products will not be able to use the United States Postal Service shipping method and normal shipping charges as stated above will apply
